I don't know exactly what rules were broken, but he was definitely being a little ass

Description of the incident:
Being a general shitler. Within the 10 minutes of him being CT, he was apparently armored up and stole the heavy pulse rifle(which is an IC issue, but he armed up before the sulaco was even remotely boarded). He also destroyed the ripley with a metal bat and the M4A3 pistol along with stunbatoning me and handcuffing me just to eject the heavy pulse rifle (I did stun and handcuff him BUT, only to retrieve the stolen items and have the MP rightfully process him.) After sometime after he destroyed the ripley, a player with the ckey of VenomBH in LOOC said: RO is T R I G G E R E D indicating that ckey might be Uland and just as an inference relieving toxic intent. During the time that he was being processed he said some shit like: THE RO SHOT ME WITH THE HEAVY PULSE RIFLE and saying blatant lies although being in perfect condition of health. This indicates that he was trying to get away with shit ICly so he can do more shitty things.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):
I honestly closed the game window which caused me to lose the stuff. But I'm pretty sure investigators can grab the logs.

How you would punish the accused:
If i were to have the power, i would give him time to cool-down for a few days and possibly job-ban him from CT/RO to re-enforce that nobody likes that kind of shitty attitude.

1. Don't be a Dick. - "Dickish" and "Asshole" behavior will not be tolerated. If you're pissing someone off, you're probably going to get spoken to. Punishment is up to the staff member and maybe be anything from a warning to a 10-day ban depending on the severity. This includes OOC racism.

Though I can't actually get the logs of the Powerloader being destroyed, These and my personal experience with this player are more then enough to tell me that the player in question is, in fact, toxic and needs a severe talking to and changing their attitude.

If it's the round I think or remember, the powerloader was destroyed by the RO to frame the CT. But the CT did infact act like ** and cause a lot of stuff to happen with slow reponse MPs.

RO shot the powerloader untill it blew up, but it was possibly damaged prior...
Though it've been a WHILE ago- Matching the date of the post or so.

I didn't even shoot at the powerloader, the CT bashed it with a bat and then came back with a firearm to do it more quickly.
