Description of the incident:

Drone (471) continually insulted the queen, calling them a "fat black slut", repeatedly called the queen "stupid" over hivemind, and said they were going to "stick a cock in her ass to clear it out." I ahelped after the first incident, had it marked "no response necessary" but behavior continued for another 40 minutes without even an interruption I'd expect if the player had been given a warning.

I did not ahelp further because I assumed a) other xenos would be ahelping, b) the mods already knew, c) that no action was being taken. Drone eventually became a hivelord and then appeared to have logged out.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): didn't take any screenshots, but had ahelped the queen being called a "fat black slut". Rest should be in the server logs.

xeno job ban and a 3 day server ban.

Ah, so other xenos were ahelping so I went and spoke with him about it.

I didn't get any ahelp afterwards about it so I assumed he stopped doing whatever he was doing.

What you've described sounds hilarious though. I wasn't aware of what he was saying at the time but I did tell him to tone it down/stop.

Random useless information: He asked if he could be renamed Bob but I told him maybe if he stopped memeing the hivemind.

He was being the ultimate memelord of a drone. I was the queen at the time (fuck pod's manual shuttles) and he did say he would 'fuck me with his big black dick' and shit like that. I believe I was the first one who Ahelped it.

He didn't entirely stop, but he did tone it down a lot more over hivemind. He did every now and then as a hivelord, though (atleast I think he was the hivelord at the time) and lived on as a meme for the rest of the round.

I was really annoyed with him at first because he was just clogging my textbox when I was looking for important Queen managing shit from other aliens. However I don't think a xeno ban should be appropriate, maybe a day or two ban, yes.
