Improperly investigated (2) and didn't dare to even determine the seriousness, (3).

Description of the incident:

As CE, I was walking around(mind you, with no armour still) and saw Werner, and his survivor gang walking around thrashing the cafeteria, fully armed, basically just dropping trash from vendors. I called the MP's and they didn't respond, I kept calling the MP's again and Hanford responded. They went over to the colonists and kept asking to drop their weapons, by that time, I managed to nab Werner's MAR-40 and pass it to cargo. Went off again, strolling around as I see XO coming in, armoured. I went off to take my armour on to see what the fuck was going on and picked up a rifle that was dropped with 33 rounds left I believe? Upon coming they still kept refusing to drop their weapons, I kept telling Hanford to arrest them all already with a flashbang or something but then Werner called me out on stealing his MAR-40 and I lied that I spaced it, one of the survivors come up and punch me for it. The MP reacts with tasing them, then Werner LIGHTS UP with his weapons and starts firing at the MP, I take my rifle out and fire as much as I can, helping the XO not get murdered as he went off and cowered somewhere in the pods. They all fall to their wounds, I killed Werner as he kept standing up and firing, but spared the other guy. Then the two colonists who were alive, got surgery and shit, decided to light up brig and probably killed the XO and CO.

Here comes SLC, I try to make my point here that they broke their rules, which ALREADY stated, survivors being rescued,



This, person, denies any of it and decides to ban me because I "metagamed" apparently, all because I said survivors tend to stirr shit up in Sulaco and get left unpunished for because IC reasons, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ARMED TO THE FUCKING TEETH AND DENIED HANDING OUT WEAPONS. They were ARMED to the fucking teeth and let alone the XO, who was armoured, got ME into armour as well, who the fuck is going to let HOSTILES onboard. Ooh, but because they're survivors, they're okay, not like IB's who do the same shit, or fucking aliens themselves who board and start stirring shit up via vent crawling.

He also basically enforced the "pick up rifle in immediate danger" rule as well, even though as CE, with a LIEUTENANT COMMANDER rank, that has MILITARY experience, apparently has to do the same

As Sulaco was not invaded? Are you out of your mind or something? You also used my point as solid "evidence" for metagaming, which is fucking sad.

As for the improper investigation: I spoke to you, Werner, the XO, and the MP involved. Their stories were pretty much all the same that there was a firefight. The only difference was on who shot first. That will matter when the logs update and I investigate Neray. You were not banned for a firefight though. You were banned for metagaming and breaking marine rule 9 in which you, as a Sulaco crew member, were armored and armed with a rifle when the Sulaco was not being invaded. Similarly, the metagaming occurred because you told me:

Furthermore, you have already been talked to twice by me in the three days I have been a mod. One for telling a player that they need to quit playing CM, which you have been spoken to about before, and another time last night for an improper escalation of force that should have broken your probation. Warnipple and I decided to let you off easy last night hoping you would learn from the experience and take your parole more seriously, but you have not.

I believe your notes as well as the two experiences I shared above show exactly the type of toxic player you are to this server. Feweh's probation on you stated that any warning is a ban and any ban is a permaban, yet you were still given a chance to do better just last night, yet within 24 hours you showed an inability to shape up. I stand by my decision to ban you under the guidelines of Feweh's probation.

So I said I don't trust survivors on Sulaco because they usually stirr up shit, which you took as metagaming when I could've already wore my armour as they got onboard and took a weapon?
The improper escalation force, let's talk about that, when somebody intentionally shoots at you, are you going to let it fucking slide? If you would pull the logs they will all SHOW the exact shit that I've just said about FIRING first intentionally.



I have NEVER shot first, NEVER used a lethal weapon first, those idiots were the people BREAKING the damn rule as they SHOT first, but hence I fired back, it can be escalated as IC fucking issue. As for armored with a rifle, there were already proven HOSTILE fucking civilians by XO as they kept refusing to hand over weapons and all of them were LOADED.

So here's the issue, this is basically common behavior for you.
I've spoken to you SOOO many time's about "calming down" and "relaxing". I even forced you to change IC characters just so you'd chill out.

There's nothing left to do other than follow through on our Procedures and return you to Perma-Ban.

The funny thing about fights, is that the "victim" usually turns out to be the offender a lot of times.

No mods, no ammo was taken, just a rifle laying around. It ran out of ammo and I had to rush with a fireaxe, this idiot is literally lying. As pointed again, I've only moved in because the XO was armed, but I'd like to mention they did not take any mags out to hand over, as they instantly fired at the MP after tasing one of the colonists, which snapped me.

So here's the issue, this is basically common behavior for you.
