Description of the incident: So, the round started peachy, and nice and all, when Mother pranked us and the CO said it was rouge. after most of the marines went planetside with NO briefing, He proceeded to try and shut mother down. yadda yadda yadda, he succeeds, when the CE and another nameless person turn it back on. he then shoots the CE, to death, and the other guy, before running away. now, he said it was only his 3rd time CO, so id recommend a small jobban from XO and CO

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Sadly, i dont have any, but im sure some logs can be dug up

How you would punish the accused: short jobban from XO and CO, maybe BO depending on how bad he was.

Okay honestly I'm at a loss here, I've went through the logs and I don't see any proof of what you are saying happening. If someone else wants to take this be my guest because I didn't find anything.
Also we can't do temporary job bans, they have to be permanent.

I was the Chief Engineer this round and Jay "Xeno" Burns was the MT. We were in the telecomms chamber trying to fix ti after the marines and the CO wanted to lynch the AI and I messed up telecomms. While we were applying nanopaste to the machine per M.O.T.H.E.R.'s request, he started shooting at the AI core. After he did that, we tried to get him to stop and he ended up shooting both of us to death. We were then all promptly cloned (the CO died also) and he spent the rest of the round in jail after doing something else iirc.

The jailing was the result of attempting to fuck with the AI again after being cloned again, and then the XO tried to stop me, so I claimed she was a mutineer and shot her, I was killed again, cloned again, and then jailed permanently until I was killed by a firing squad. I had a pretty good time.

So yes the CO did fire on the MT, CE and/or XO with a rifle, HOWEVER from the looks of it Apophis knew this was happening and left it as an IC issue.

I did remain in contact with Apop through using Pray, he even moved my corpse multiple times after I'd died from my course of actions so that I would be found and cloned, instead of just leaving my corpse in the dark corner of T-Comms for being a bad CO where it wouldn't be found.
