Complaint towards CO Constantine Petros

Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): I think around 8:30 pm CDT

What rule(s) were broken: Rule One, possibly Rule Six (depending on how you view it)

Description of the incident: Just joined the round as a Doctor, get called to medbay so i rush there. Get handed a marine and get told to "cut his dick off" i refuse, as why in the world would a doctor cut a random marines dick off. The CO then comes in and attempts to order me to do so, i refuse again once again. The CO tells me he will do it himself and execute me, , so i run to the RO ( James 'Patch' Alfonse was his name), the RO tells me to hide and that he would contact USMC high command. I hide. The CE (Harry Cowper) then comes in, detains me, drags me to the bridge where i am then stripped. The captain then takes me to the execution room in the mp area, cuts my head off with his knife and that's that.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunately i didn't grab any and by the time i got a response on how to report, the logs where gone. (Thanks to the mentors for helping by the way)

How you would punish the accused: Temporary job ban from CO and XO, till they learn how to actually play a command role.

Worth noting that the briefing that was given essentially can be summed up as
CO: Kill everything

over the radio
We marine major'd but we were afraid to send survivors up because we thought the CO would kill them so...

As the aforementioned responding Mentor, I had heard a lot about them that round, from numerous marines. Apparently some orders issued were to 'rape and pillage' as well as, as stated above, kill everything on the ground, including colonists. While being an aggressive CO is tolerated, I'm sure this is rather excessive. Either way, it seems the response by the Doctor was a very justified one, and he did not actually commit any executable crimes by running and hiding. Unfortunately, I'm off for the night, and didn't have time to see if he has a history of bad behavior, or properly grab the specifics.

I looked up the CO's notes and he was only banned once for ERG, so not really a history of bad behavior as far as i can see from notes. I helped the OP in question after Eonoc had to leave.
