Description of the incident: I was an MP who wanted those black gloves, and I thought the PO had them. I demanded them and they got cocky shit, so we had some banter. It was spicy banter that included me saying I was going to rape them(but that's just some hot shit that shouldn't be taken so damned seriously). He can take the logs and lay them out, I'm not going to be bothered. I used a taser and flashbangs on them and wasn't having this shit, was RPing hot damn fine. They proceeded to witch hunt me and use lethals at me, but no, my RP and this harmless shit that's only fucking me over is all my fault.

How you would punish the accused: Stern warning of how they treat moderation and a slap into the right direction. I don't care if shit's on overdrive, medium RP is being forced and I was doing RP plenty. That's not a damned excuse to shit my round out and giving some stupid ass time out. Look at everything, see how he's pictured, and work with him to fix it. As much as I want to angst his ass off of staff and just revel in that shit, that won't happen. Straighten it out, and don't comeback at me like what I'm saying is far-fetched bullshit from the left-field. Hey buddy, they wanted my ass arrested for harmless shit and I don't care if you're going to ram it that I was breaking the law. I didn't want brigged so I chose this route. I hid in a fucking locker to talk to your dumb hassling ass, so you can cry me a river. I was RPing and it was a gesture of beating them, did I beat them? No, did they sperg out and try to witch hunt me? Yes.

As Deso said, you're making an anthill into a gaping vortex that's consuming the server. The merits are there and this isn't even an anthill, it's not doing anything harmful or ruining enjoyment. It was a little RPed out IC banter that got pulled into OOC to flex some moderation that was not needed. If anyone needs actually punished it's you and the PO who was quick to use lethals.

Well let's stop and dissect this. I was tasing him a bunch to fuck with him, but it turned to me grabbing two(gidde up) tasers and cowboying that shit to not be fucked over. I ended up tasing them and escaping. It was all good, but then I got bwoinked and hid in a locker to chat with ol'Slc who wants to play that off as me being a gray tider and wanting to "note" me as that. Discriminate against me more.

In the rules, it is clearly stated that MP's are REQUIRED to follow Marine Law. If your definition of RP is getting into an argument over some gloves that somehow warrants stunning a bunch of players, you need to play a different role. As stated in the rule, you should have been given a job ban. If SLC is guilty of anything, it's being too lenient.

So, from what I understand the events were as follows, SLC contacts you because you clearly broke the rules, you respond by being rude and insulting, in response to the initial rule break along with insulting a staff member he gives you a light ban that should have been a full job-ban, then you make a complaint against him. I'm tempted to recommend further punishment, as Forum Rule 6 would support, but I believe you're just misinterpreting what RP allows you to get away with on this server.

As a side not, threatening rape is terrible RP. How often have you heard someone threaten to rape someone out of anger, especially in a military setting?

Don't get at me with this sensitive stuff, I fully know what an MP is and do it damn good aplenty. I was messing with the PO and not doing anything overly harmful and a witch hunt was sent on me. Plenty, military settings aren't full of pussies who are professional 24/7 100% and this is a game and a server, but that doesn't ruin that and shouldn't matter. I was RPing all the same and being just dandy and I defended myself from their attempts to brig me over tasing the PO and I went on to tase only those who were attempting to arrest me, since I didn't want brigged aplenty ICly. This wasn't me harm batoning or killing like a thorn in the server's ass. So don't demonize me.

Editerino: Let me touch on this, ofc he is a moderater and he moderates, but he's been a glaring figure in the player complaints and he handles stuff badly.

Also, harmless shenanigans isn't griefing, I was stopping and left it as is until a witch hunt came along. Also, sorry about being choppy with this, but my focus isn't completely on this. Anyways, I get your merits and you should understand a taser was used and no one was hurt or dying from it. I easily stopped and they went on to witch hunt me and try to brig or kill me just fine. Which I bet the PO wanted to shoot me with that shotgun he had since I was shot at with buckshot.

Oh yeah, mentioned flash bangs were used too. All nonlethal stuff, and this could have been settled better with the witch hunt being told to not further it and me being told that my little banter and shenanigan I caused needs to stop. I'm not the one who continued to witch hunt someone nor did I try to prolong it, I escaped and went to a locker to have that chat with Slc97. It went hostile since he was apt to give me a 3 hour ban instead of this. I didn't really break any Laws with nonlethals and meager words, and if a little fun is so hated why the hell do you want that? I MP well and fairly do things as an MP majority of the time and the glaring moments where I am a bit bolder aren't uber dire and server destroying. Me having to explain this since you're all apt to pressing this shit against me isn't nice or how it should go.

Hell, the grounds are dumb and I'm simply asking for things like this to be handled better. I'm not griefing the damn server either, fuck's sake, this huge ass text of wanting the server to be better should glaringly spew that damned idea, but I'm getting the same old shit spun. Am I really in the wrong? Not exactly, sure this shit was bold and was some banter, but it was in no means grief or shit RP. That's just how you want it to seem, hell I was RPing this shit better than the mindless witch hunt on me. I saw he didn't have the gloves and it wasn't about that, we flung banter ICly and he even openly said I wasn't man enough to do anything ICly, ofc. This is by no means grief and you're blowing it out of proportions and if the rules were legitimately rattled that sucks. It's not like it really hurt anyone and things are fine, and I honestly didn't need to be removed unnecessarily. Admins get that big 0 and if players do a bit of banter that by no means disrupted the whole server, what gives? This would be considered very toxic behaviour, especially with the recent ban. You need to start taking responsibility for your actions and stop making excuses every-time you're faced with the consequences. From what i see here in the logs, Im furthering your bad to include a Job ban from MP's. As you clearly cant play them properly. Maybe you should take a rather long time and study ALL of our rules. So In lue of what Ive seen, Im agreeing to the three day ban. But Due to the false complaint to "Get that guy canned if its the last thing i do" Well Im also issueing you a three day Forum ban for the false complaint.

I wanted Slc97 to handle things better and you very well know this is all bullshit. I knew very well you were in the plug DJ and I explicitly said that shit to fuck with you, but you can't see that at all. Make a big deal out of it. Also that donor item bullshit was with Tanya and if you actually pay attention to the server I play around with them all the time and that donor gear was given back and the admin(M something) made a big deal out of it. You can manipulate this into how you want it, but I'm not a shitter and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops. I'll be appealing it sooner or later since I don't deserve it one bit. Carry on how you want, seeing as you'll do so without change anyhow. Should really cut this shit and just settle yourselves down a second.
