Do not abuse your power
- This should go without saying, but abusing your power as staff can - and will - result in swift punishment.

Remain Professional, no matter what happens
- Constantly stay cool. Regardless of what a player says to you do not act unprofessional and get angry with them.
- This also applies to the forums. Retain some level of professionalism when posting in player reports or ban appeals.

Preserve the RP and enjoyment of the server
- If a player breaks a rule, but increases the enjoyment of the server in general, (through roleplay or other such things) it can be overlooked. If no one admin helps (ahelp) a complaint, or seems to be complaining or taking issue with it, it may be best to let it go.
- We’re a server focused on the enjoyment of the players. As long as the players are having a blast and not every single rule is being broken, it’s okay to let some things slide here and there.
- Do not try to heavily influence the game unless it is for very good reasoning such as for an event, a player purposefully holding up the game, dishing out punishment for rule breaking (Examples: a commander killed a marine unjustly, a squad of marines are killing other marines for no reason, a queen is slashing every host known to man, aliens have stacked too many huggers) or other such things.

Description of the incident: ColonelJones, as a Yautja, brings an Elite Empress onto the Yautja ship for an honor duel. The Emrpess makes it CLEAR that it is an HONOR DUEL. Places weeds and begins to fight Jones. Jones cloaks, uses escalated weapons (like the double bladed energy sword potential gift) during the late part of the fight along with the plasma incineration cannon after being beaten when he tried to use a katana and combi stick. He goes against the Yatuja Honor Code saying to not cloak or use the plasma incineration cannon during an honor duel. When DChat begins to get salty and provide complaints of how Jones went against what was perceived to be the rules, he mutes DChat and returns to the echo chamber of his own opinions. He silenced everyone that was against him, went against the Whitelist, and was moderately shitty in general. He was not however rude to anyone who was against him. I love what Jones will do during the round and he is fun to have on the server, but this is too much.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Logs that occur during this time, not technologically savy enough to take screenshots on my potato with wires attached to an outlet.

How you would punish the accused: Demote him from his current staff rank or review his whitelist, remove it for a moderate-extended duration of time.

First
I was mid healing, and trying to remove weeds, that the queen planted, I even told her "No weeds", she proceeded to attack before the duel even happened
I tried to beat her "Heal off any damage taken" tactic, with her pheromones+weed combo, as an elite empress, my damage was non-existant, plus her screech, trying out the double sword ONCE before I was talked, returning to the katana and combi stick
I used the caster ONCE trying to heal, while being chased by her
I only cloaked to escape her tackle+slash combos, and screeches, stuns win the game, I tried to make it more bearable via trying to avoid them

She was taken to the ship to duel, so the remake of the last time we tried it didnt happen, in wich two preds died to the xeno swarm with the queens support, cornering them, tackling, screeching and gibbing, none of them detonated due to the gibbing, or straight up decapitation.

Hmmm from the point of view as a spectator in which i was currently ghosting, the Honorable Duel in which was never initiated therefore the queen was active game or prey for disbanding it. If admins would check logs perhaps the time when the pred brought the Empress aboard the pred ship, there should be in logs the queen fought first or attacked rather. As well as Deadchat was disabled, I presume wasn't Jones, as if you'd check many higher staff came on shortly, though I do not know which admin did, but just to clarify or a point of view, many admins in which posses the ability were online at the time.

Seeing as Jones didn't actually use his admin abilities in any way, I don't see any reason for this to be a staff complaint here. If you're gunning for something along the lines of him not RPing Predator in a way you see fit, you should post a player complaint. Calling for a staff demotion over an RP issue is ridiculous.

Yup, I'm actually surprised so many people saw this though since I'm a horrible community player though. Hope this gave some people some laughs though.
