Approximate time and date of the incident (Central US Time for fastest results): Oct 20 roughly 8:40 I believe (timezones are basically rocket science)

What rule(s) were broken: lethal force use

Description of the incident: It's pretty straightforward. I came out of cryo, got food and went to grab gear. Brayan Pycroft, playing XO, followed me, so I stood still for a while to let him type. He called me a hobo and asked me how I was, so I told him I was fine until I saw his ugly mug. He then drew a shotgun, blew my head off and chopped my body up with a knife for good measure. I was a Marine Medic.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Sadly I lagged out so I couldn't grab any precise quotes or screenshots but it should be easy enough to find in the logs.

How you would punish the accused: Not really up to me, but the guy took advantage of the lack of admins online to ruin another player's round for kicks. He's probably just bored of the game to do things like that, so I'd give him a long-ish ban to cool off.

In short this player failed to follow the rules of escalation and I suggest a removal from command roles and removal from the game for a time as befitting a player of their quality.
