Which Admin Protocols (viewtopic.php?f=57&t=5647) were broken: Under Protocols, 2 and 3.

Description of the incident: The Incident I am referring to was a fight amongst Xeno's who would become their Queen. As I have frequented Queenhood myself, and wanted to offer myself (as is my right) the ability to play a more frontline role, I decided to evolve to Drone prematurely, so I could grab Carrier. The Queen whom evolved, explicitly forbade me to talk, evolve, and pretty much used me as their lackey (Which is counterproductive to Xenomorph objectives), to which I finally said "Nah, fuck this, I'm out.", and disconnected. I was banned shortly after.

During this incident, I contacted a Moderator, with the phrasing; "If this Queen ruins my fun by explicitly disallowing me to do anything else than this for the entire round, on the premise of me not wanting to go Queen, I'm going to smack a bitch", as I was paraphrashing. There's no way to physically harm the Queen as Xeno. Slc97 replied with "If you do not listen to the Queen, I will smack you instead", or something along those lines (Unsure the exact phrasing). I told him I was glad he got his priorities straight and didn't look further into the issue (sarcasm), and proceeded to disconnect, with above-mentioned ban as result for three hours.

I should mention that I think the ban stems from him still talking to me, but he made no reference to talking more, as I felt he had said what he needed, hence why thinking it was clear to disconnect.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): None, I'm afraid, but I'm sure the server logs all of this.

How you would punish the accused: A warning, at best, and perhaps some insight into this situation how to prevent worse next time.

You said that "If the Queen ruins my fun by disallowing me to carrier just because I didn't want to I'm going to smack a bitch" This is much closer. You failed to mention above that you were solely mad about not being allowed to go carrier in your above mention of the PMs.
To which I replied "You do realize that if you are disobeying orders, I'll have to be the one to smack a bitch, right?"
To which you responded "Haha, glad you have your priorities straight. If I can't be carrier, I'm just going to disconnect."

I was attempting to continue to talk to you after you decided to try and threaten with DCing to get what you want, but you decided to DC anyways. The mix of disobeying orders from the queen and DCing over not getting what you want showed a ridiculous amount of entitlement that was pervasive of this round after I had to fight for 15 minutes just to get the xenos a queen. You are previous staff, have showed disdain to staff before, and should absolutely know better, so I gave you a 3 hour ban and a jobban. This type of self-entitlement is absolutely not tolerated. We moderate this server so that everyone can have fun, not just you.

Let me puncture a hole in your analogy here.

By "disconnecting to get what I want", I achieve the opposite. As I was angry ( something I won't neglect to mention ), or pissed off perhaps instead, I got absolutely the other side of it, even prior to my ban. I don't really want to disconnect in any round, but I usually do when I'm dead or incapacitated either way.

I'm a player to have fun, and I wanted to go Carrier, a harmless request. And how long is this jobban for, so I can update my complaint.

Generally for me to be dismissive I would of had to of resolved the complaint.

Then again, explaining to you why you received a ban instead of a warning went dismissed completely by you.

Im glad you brought that up though and continue to show your usual behaviour and attitude.
