Description of the incident: As an researcher I was instructed to create a cloning lab in medbay, Upon making it I was told to move it, Which I then did. Once I finished building two of the components an Member of the medbay ( a friend of mine rping as a 'traitor' ) Coroneljones then came and banned me without discussion I can provide screenshots of the ban and me and my friends conversation.

How you would punish the accused: Strip him of his powers to ban, Or just give him a warning? But I have seen other posts about him... Maybe you should be harsher on him?

RPing as a traitor is against the rules as stated by several staff. You can't self-antag. Also, the whole communicating out of game about what you're going to do in a round is borderline Metagaming. Finally, ERG bans are End of Round Grief. If you hit or hurt anyone that isn't an enemy after a round ends you get flagged and the admin processed the ban with no warning.
