Description of the incident: Patrick came over the radio telling marines to pick up after themselves to which I responded over the radio "fuck you!!!", he asked me what I said so I repeated it then he came onto the Rasp and peppersprayed me 5 times without warning. So I shot at him in self defence when I could see. Later on after I came out of surgery, he showed up in medbay with his stun baton out and tried attacking me again without any spoken warning, so I shot at him again in self defence, as far as I was concerned, I was being attacked without warning. If he had told me I was under arrest, I would have complied. Without being informed of arrest, I was RPing that I was being assaulted.
