Increase the mchat timer to keep people at least 30 minutes instead of 10.

Clearly reduce the spam of dots.
It'd be a whole lot nicer, especially since now you can't even see ANYMORE chat messages when it stops.

CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

You can change this locally by doing into the Developer Tools of your browser, and going to the console tab where you simply enter "mChat.sessionTime = 13e+09"

Doing that would force me to keep the forum page up 24/7 and the second I get disconnected for inactivity or anything I need to redo it, it's unfriendly for most of the player who have no knowledge of it.

Timer increased to 30 minutes.
This was done due to a performance complaint from our data center and the mChat extension, so it may go back to 10 minutes.
