Dutch's Dozen

Bug Description:
Dutch's Dozen sometimes spawns with a handgun and M41AMK1 ammo, but no M41AMK1.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Be Dutch's Dozen.
2.Spawn with just a deagle and some MK1 ammo.
3.Cry.
