Bug Description:
The metal flask from the food vendor that is self-described as full of water or something vends empty now.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Vend flask.
2.Try to drink from it.
3.Die of thirst because there's no water.

The sad part is that most people Probably don't give a crap, because the flask is a vary rarely used item.

It used to be a powergaming tool, but nowadays it has fallen out of grace once they made it not fit on helmets.

I get my flasks planetside, Then hand them to people who foolishly drink from them and become shitfaced drunk instantly.
That said, Sure make it full of water, Why not?

The description of the flask upon examination never says it contains water: "A metal flask with a decent liquid capacity."
And the next literally says the flask is empty.

More a suggestion than a bug.
