The Commander should have medals to give out

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
The Commander should have a couple medals to give out in his locker. As a bonus he should be able to use a pen to write the great deeds that prompted the medal.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Nice RP

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Medals should already be in the game as a duplicate of a tie. Writing on it with a pen may require some additional coding however but is not completely necessary.

+1 yeah I really want a medal, but it would need have some rules so the CO won't just go around selling medals
