Bug Description:
When in a Stasis bag on planet, I could hear all the general comms of the Sulaco. I'm sure that this is not intentional.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be on planet
2. Get in Stasis bag
3. listen to sulaco comms
4. ???
5. Profit.
Stasis bags allow me to listen to Sulaco comms, even if I'm on the planet.

As an update, just spoke to a SPC in a tarp whilst they were on the ground, and I was on the Sulaco. This might be related.
