Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): When biological and bioorigin tech trees reach a reach level and when there are enough xenomorph materials in the W-Y Bio printer, RnD can make a substance that can revert the Hivemind and allow a xenomorph to slash other members of its brood.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): RnD has a greater impact on the round than before, nothing much other than the fact I want to see a Crusher fight a Ravager.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): When enough tech trees have been obtained and enough xeno materials have been inserted into the W-Y bioprinter, a jar of pheromones can be produced for the purpose of reversing the hivemind, bestowing the unfortunate xenomorph with the ability to harm its Brood (vice-versa), and providing it with individual thought. This jar can only be inserted into a spray bottle or chem sprayer and can only yield a maximum of 10 units when created. These pheromones will not produce any effects when mixed with smoke reagents, or make humans immune to damage from the effected xenomorph, so the concept of xeno "pets" is far from this. Queens are not affected by this.

For some reason, i think people who get sprayed by it won't really care and just won't do anything with it until it passes, because...raisins.

Hm, how to say.... Maybe I'm just really salty but I can see a massive amount of abuse coming from this plus a ton of pissed off players because people didn't react in the desired way. Xenos aren't exactly like cyborgs on other servers and you can't just expect them to suddenly be willing to murder their allies when RP wise they have zero sympathy for humans nor do they have the ability to even communicate with them. Added on to that, any hive minded creature wouldn't take too well to suddenly being an individual.

Basically I don't think it follows lore and I don't see any players wanting to purposefully harm their chances of winning (unless they're griefing).

At the very least it would go feral and mad,without the guidance of the queen it would have nothing, apart from following its last orders.

Slashing other xenos...a bit meh, even more if said xeno rushes towards the larva or does nothing, a possible suggestion to this would be making specialized pheromones that debuff/nerf the targeted xeno in a way, such as slowdown, less damage, armor reduction, no healing for the duration of the effect, hivemind silencing.

But just suggestions and a bit of an opinion on this
