Bug Description:cannot launch any supplies using a delta squad's supply beacon
Steps to reproduce:
1.throw a supply beacon as delta
2.cargo put the package in delta's pad
3.launch it in the OW console and get this message:the beacon's signal is too weak. It is probably inside a cave.

That probably means they actually dropped the supply beacon INSIDE THE CAVES. Not a bug.

Assisted with this. There was a crate on the delta pad, and the delta beacon was deployed 2 tiles south of hydro, by the delta SL.

Closing this, the code for squad beacon is very straightforward. Either the beacon was placed in caves or a similar forbidden spot, or the overwatch officer was looking at another beacon that was in a bad spot and confused it with delta's.
