Bug Description: Since the cargo remapping, putting something in the west side disposals sends it to engineering filling it with trash and putting something in the engineering disposals sends it to the cafeteria. I think the problem lies in the cafeteria disposals and the junction pipes there.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Acquire trash.
2.Drop it into disposals.
3.Remind the MTs and the CE of their place by showering their lobby with trash.

I believe it happens with the bin in escape and the one that you see when you first walk into engineering as far as I know.
