Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Xenos should be able to play cards

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): strengthen the bond of the xeno community (and maybe a new way for predators to duel someone) with a simple game of cards.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): It will let xenos play cards while they wait for the Rasputin or the pod to come down. Not to mention that it may lead to interesting scenarios where marines encounter xenos playing cards... or a predator playing cards with xenos.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Mess with xeno restrictions
