Bug Description:
Really low priority since I believe wallets only spawn near Christmas, If you id is in a wallet you can't use your headset...For some reason, I'm not sure really.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Take ID
2. Place in wallet found probably only during christmas
3. Try to talk on radio
4. Get frustrated, take ID out
5. Talk on radio just fine.

wallets only available during Xmas, so I doubt this will ever be a priority, since, the Xmas Sulaco only runs from the 22nd-26th.

You can actually make wallets if you process enough plant matter with the machine in hydroponics.
