Captive Gun mode: now stays locked on target

Summary : When you select captive gun mode, it now stays locked on the target you click on until you switch out of the mode

Benefits:
Removes some of the clumsiness out of an old ss13 game feature, and helps people who have poor clicking skills/ bad computers to be a little more useful at aiming.


Details:
Currently, when you take a target "captive" your target gets the notification that your aiming at them. If they move or if you pull the trigger, you fire your weapon once and then go back to manual aiming mode.
This change would just keep your weapon aimed on your captive until you decided to turn off the captive target mode.

This wouldn't remove bad aim, since all bullets have a chance to miss even if you successfully click on your target, nor will it remove friendly fire since the game doesn't check if theres anything blocking your shot.

This would make it slightly easier to hit targets that are moving scince your player will attempt to aim at the last place they were. This doesnt compensate for travel time for any projectile though, so if they keep moving, youll still be missing unless they stop or you actually aim at where they are gonna be at, which means turning off the captive mode.

Implementation:
Extend the ".clicks on target" command for captive mode to be locked on the last clicked target until you switch out of the mode.

Or, right click the gun and click adjust fire rate, and it won't unlock after the first shot. Which is how it has worked for over 4 years.
