Replace ID cards with dogtags for marines

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make marine ID look like a pair of dogtags. How do they provide access? Small radiochip inside.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): More immersion. Its a military after all.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Just like builds have different ID sprites for different jobs marines could have different dogtags as IDs. Simple steel for grunts, gold for officers and silver for commander himself - because in USA military silver outranks gold for symbolics because it represents virtures they value the most. They could also have different colours for more information - like squad coloured stripe on them for marines in squads, rank bars/stars on them to show rank.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): New sprites needed and some code of ID computer changed to allow ID changing officer to choose ID dogtag look.
