Cigarettes/Cigars in the extra ear slot

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): we get two ear slots and can wear two headsets let me keep a cigarette behind my ear.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): I can carry my cigar sperate or not carry a whole pack of cigarettes.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): put smokeable in ear slot like pen.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Make cigarettes earwear and mask wear.
