Bug Description: Cargo restockers eat 88 Mod 4 mags

Steps to reproduce:
1.Insert Mags into restocker
2.Lose mags to voracious restocker
3.Cry

You need to hack the machine to vend it out.

I believe they have been made unhackable unless I misunderstood

Edit: Had it hacked, Magazines are still gone

Hack, as in, unlock additional options. One wire does nothing but expand the list of available ammo. 88 magazines will be on the extra portion.

The fact you need to do that is pretty baffling considering that 88 is a spec choice.

Had Jester spend 5 minutes pulsing and cutting every wire he could. No mags.
