Bug Description: Somewhat self-explanatory, the following chen's;lexorin and silicate can't be created.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Dispense what exactly you're seeing on the wiki
2.Notice it's not reacting
3. Move on to the next pointless idea that pops up in your head

You realize that lexorin is what changeling deathstings inject, right? It's probably disabled, or you might just not be understanding the plasma catalyst right.

That's weird, I can make Lexorin just fine, or were you trying to make the temperature stabilization one in which case Phoron is the catalyst and not copper/carbon.

Silicate is disabled, but lexorin's still in.

Lexorin can be made just fine, and silicate is indeed removed.
