Adding a more jungle vibe to Lv 624
Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add in more trees, bushes and vines to make Lv624 into more a jungle.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Making a jungle feel more like a jungle.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Add in more bushes, vines and trees to add to the jungle feel, for example perhaps vines growing over the paths and around the buildings more and just in general more of it, would provide another use for the flamethrower and machete.
WO, even has bushes so it's effectively just placing the sprite over the map.
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Mapping.

+1 makes sense. Add a Xenomorph gorilla too.
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

Perhaps more Jungle Vibe as much as the jungle vibe from Whiskey Outpost or Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater (MGS3).

More jungle feel will also enforce the whole "don't meta rush" concept, considering rushing through jungle tiles is suicide if xenos are camping them and are even remotely decent as xenos. So spending time cutting down the jungle will give more time for xenos without making it overpowered (not enough to get Elite R3's before contact unless marines are extremely incompetent).

I'd like to do this, but it will take a lot of work on my end.

Couldn't we just use the WO bushes so it's just mapping in the end?SecretStamos (Joshuu) wrote:I'd like to do this, but it will take a lot of work on my end.

Anything to make the jungle feel like a jungle and not a painted green box maze.

Re: Adding a more jungle vibe to Lv 624
I think LV is fine the way it is. There is thick jungle in southwest corner that nobody visits, and it makes sense that most of the Jungle would have been cleared since it's been colonized for 20 years.
