Bug Description: Not sure why i haven't reported this in a long time, or why nobody really noticed, but apparently there is still confusion over this, so i am just gonna put this out.
If the Queen ever places slashing on Restricted, it will say "You will now deal less damage when slashing"
But this is untrue, Restricted simply makes you slash at a certain health point, making you only able to slash when you are near damage, if you are not at that point, you can't slash at all.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a Queen
2. Make Slashing to Restricted
3. Try to slash hosts
4. Find out you can't slash them, and need to get injuried (I belive half health or so) to actually damage anything
