Bug Description:
Just noting this down. Guy had his hands chopped off, and they were replaced with prosthetics. Found that he could pull things, but not use his arms to pick up objects. Checking vars showed that both hands had "amputated = 1", but setting to 0 did not fix the issue. Issue was cleared up by simply respawning the guy.
Steps to reproduce:
Haven't had the time to attempt to reproduce. Presumaby, just cut off and reattach both limbs on a person.
