Map vote before rounds.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
It would be a quick vote before the rouND that will load up the maps that get picked.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
It will give let us change maps and stop people constantly asking for this.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
It would be a vote before every round that will restart the game if a new map is picked and delay the start of the game while it's going on too. It would also have the abiloty to change the map obviously.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Coding i'd guess. I know this probably can't happen but people are always asking for this.

From what I know about SS13 in general, it is. To do a vote we'd probably have to load all the maps and just have the spawns change which would make a laggy server even moreso.

The problem with this is that the map loads before anyone hits the lobby even the welcome screen is part of the map SO I wouldn't be too hopeful.
