Remove Xeno Response Team

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):I don't really know why this is still a thing. Having an alien response team? I don't know why this ERT is still used, and how common it is, but I feel like it should be remove. In my experience it's only useful for when xenos have already taken over or attacked the ship well since it gives them additional units. If the XRT lands and the aliens aren't shipside, then they usually get killed off almost immediately. So in sort, they are quite useless in many cases.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):Make room for another more accurate or realistic ERT? If XRT was removed then other types could have a larger percentage of happening.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):Removing the ERT from the list?

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):Probably a deletion of it all together? Never done coding or any of that on BYOND so don't know how it works.

For some reason, they can also just be 5 drones, and land in cargo, where a angry RO and CT's are waiting for them with their black market guns and SL armor

I was a alien queen that reached Elite Empress and we landed on the Sulaco with minimal numbers but most of us were T2's and T3's at high upgrade levels, so all was good.

We ended up three quarters of the way from winning when we get a XRT.

This made it even more hopeless for the remaining humans in bridge that could fight back, since now even if I as a queen died somehow (it was pretty close a few times due to having to charge in a lot to screech), then xenos could still make a comeback as we got a lot of drones from the XRT.

Id like to see more PMC's, and maybe even the guerilla warfare dudes a lot more since they seem to be rare and never come when they are actually needed.

+1 but replace this hostile ERT with another hostile ERT of similar nature. A fun idea might be a Weyland-Yutani supply shuttle that has a spider infestation.

As long as there is no green eyed nursing spiders in it, I like Halinders idea.

If you put green's in there, be prepared to have to call in a DS ten minutes later due to how quickly they spam the server with spider lings unless you guys lowered birth rates in your code.
