Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Start the reinforced tables off as unsecured automatically, so you can just flip them right away, instead of having to go through the welding process.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Removes tedious multi-tasking with the welder, flip, welder by reducing one step as well as wasting less welding fuel.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Create r-table, starts unreinforced so you either flip it, or just reinforce it if you don't want to flip it instead of it starting reinforced and having to unreinforce it then flip it, then reinforce again.
