More loadouts

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add more loadouts to character edition, more items for head,mask and eye slot.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Diversity and new stuff is always nice.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Not much to describe, at some point I wanted to have a cowboy hat on my head while shooting a pump shotgun smoking a cigar.

Some examples:

1) Cowboy hat, Description: 'Don't mess with Texas!'

2) USCM Boonie, Description: 'A hat designed for hot environment operations'

3) Ray Ban glasses, Description: 'Ancient yet stylish sunglasses'

4) Bonnet, description: 'What kind of nerd would wear this?'

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Spriting

IDK if we really need to put more work on our spriters ATM, they already have a lot to do and this suggestion only seems to offer small graphical benefits.
