Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): so, basically, a neck slot, so you can attach a bandana, or, a necklace that you can make out of the schrapnel that you acquire as a marine.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): just a bit nice really, and who doesnt want a schrapnel necklace. opens up options for necklaces, bandanas, dogtags, ETC.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): this has been done on other servers, so i cant imagine it would be difficult.

-1 This would be like a 2-3 pixel difference with and without this items. Look at ballistic glasses. + more work for devs for little reason.

I'd rather see these as jumpsuit accessories, to be honest. Unless you want to be able to wear your necklace while naked. For whatever reason.
