Bug Description: So I've been playing with prosthesis' limbs for quite awhile, and during fighting with xeno's I realized that when a boiler injured me, I was unable to heal myself with a welder despite being in pain and having my right leg injured, I kept getting the message "There's nothing to fix!" despite clicking the area properly with a lit welder. This went on for the rest of the round until I (obviously) died.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a marine with a prosthesis
2. Get a boiler
3. Injure the marine

If the boiler bombarded or sprayed you, its burn damage to the limb, welders heal brute

You need to use cable coils to repair burns. Brute damage is fixed with welder instead. Not a bug.
