Ghost medical huds seem to show infected still

Bug Description: Well like the title suggests, ghosts who have their medical hud on can easily pick out infected as shown with

This is definitely something very minor just wanted to pointed it out

Update: seems this hud element stuck around even after removal

3 or so minutes post removal


Steps to reproduce:
1. Die in some horrific way/ observe
2. Turn on medical hud

This doesn't seem to be a problem. Ghosts should be able to tell if they're infected or not. Intentional.
