Buff snipers

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Help the sniper which is underpowered and considered extremly not useful

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Buff the damage a tad bit, increase bullet speed a tad more. And or give the sniper thermal glasses, or allow make it so the sniper can't FF so no more delimbing.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): coding.

Which has never happened and still remains underpowered, despite a consent out cry for change

It doesn't need more damage, it needs to be able to fire through marines. Snipers are typically used for overwatching advancing forces, and it's hard to do that when A, we're not able to get a height advantage on a 2D Spacemand game, and B, Marine are feckin idiots.

Either give us a smartgun ability with it, or somehow make it so we can fire over marines, or something. Please.

+1 on the idea that some change to snipers has to happen. It's starting to become the new buckshot FF disease.
