Bug Description: As per the title, racks block rockets, thus if an SADAR were to be fired in their direction, it will block it from going over, thus causing possible friendly fire. (this happened multiple times.) Whether this is an unintended feature/bug, I'd ask for it to be removed since everything else goes over it. This has happened to me in two separate rounds, causing me to unintentionally blow myself up/light me on fire.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Become Spec (or someone who is allowed to use the SADAR)
2. Get an SADAR (make sure it's loaded)
3. Fire at a rack and watch it get blocked

Fire pass, I've tried to hit xenos that were on the other side of a barricade of racks and plasteel barricades and it blew up in my face.

Can't reproduce, I'm aiming at a turf past the racks, and the rocket flies over the racks without hitting any.
Even aiming at a rack doesn't make the rocket hit it, it just flies over it.

It seemed to be RNG related, firing through a rack had a chance to hit it or miss it.
Perhaps the issue was fixed at some point.

I tested this 1 or 2 days ago on Big-Red, and fired 6 SADAR rockets (HE/WP/AT) past a rack, but none of them got blocked. Might not be a bug anymore? I never experienced this myself in the first place, no clue...
