Bug Description: Throw a hugger directly at a marine standing still and watch as he doesn't get huggered, then simply clicks on the hugger you threw, killing it. Not sure if its just me, but I was aiming right at or behind a marine and they would stand still and watch as the hugger had no effect on them, then kill the hugger. Would be nice if someone could test this a lot more, since when I ahelped about this, the admin I asked about it didn't know much about this.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Throw a hugger at slight range at a marine standing still.
2. Watch it not hug and just sit there right beside the marine.
3. Cry as you wasted a hugger on someone and his friends start to copy his technique, rendering the Carrier caste moot.

After testing it with Ordukai, he classed it a design decision instead.
What happens is when a hugger is thrown, there is about two seconds (give or take BYOND lag) before the hugger will latch onto you, helmet or not.
The problem with this is you can simply stand still while the hugger is in its two second phase and hit it with anything in your hand that does melee damage, which instantly kills the hugger.
There isn't any consequence to the marines, such as the old "helmet cracked" thing. Now all a marine has to do to avoid getting hugged (and hence making carrier a redundant caste once more marines do this) is stand still then hit the hugger on the floor.
