Dropping objects when any bones are broken.

Post by Evilcarrot » 13 Feb 2017, 18:49

Bug Description: For the last few days I've been having an issue where if any part of me is broken, I drop things I'm holding. It usually happens within a minute. It doesn't matter if it's my hands, chest, feet, etc. It also doesn't matter whether the broken bones are splinted or not. There is also no "pain" message as I drop the object.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Break a bone.
2. Hold an item.
3. Wait until it drops.

I can confirm that I've had this happen too. Kept dropping my gun while I was holding it in a non-broken hand+arm while the other arm was splinted.

This can be due to the Pain levels surpassing Normal. It can cause you to drop your gun even with out a broken arm/hand. The pain level most likely due to a few broken bones and 50+ brute/burn at the time.

This Is because Of the Pain-crit Status that you receive after breaking a bone, In my view. If your Bones are broken, even If the one In your left Arm Isn't, the Suffering that such Thing causes would be Painful enough to cause your entire corpse to be affected by the Effects of what Breaking a bone Is, Just like In "Rual-Lufe."

[I think those +50 brute damage aren't necessary To already cause This to happen]

Anyway, I could be completely wrong, Heh!

As I said, there was no pain crit message. I had near 100% health and the bones were splinted.

I had this happen with a hairline fracture in my skull and constantly dropping my scalpel during surgery. Sometimes there was a pain message, but never when I actually dropped my surgical tools.

This happens with ANY bone, so your little marine can drop his rifle when his feet is broken, even after splinted, even after eating tramadol and having it healed up back to full health, this made me once hugged because i kept dropping the rifle and clicked on huggers with my hands
