Bug Description: Clicking on a welding fuel tank to refuel with a flamer fuel tank can be done from any distance. Obstacles do not matter as long as you have line of sight.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab an *EMPTY* flamer fuel tank.
2. Click on a welding fuel tank from a long distance away.
3. Enjoy your now full flamer tank without having to walk all the way to it.

Fixed. Unlisted in the changelog for the moment, but is included in the 4/6 update from Artouris.
