Ammunition Boxes (A way to reload magazines on the ground)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): We had ammunition boxes before, ones that can carry at most, I believe, 13 magazines. But this one works a bit like the shotgun boxes, albeit different.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): It would save time for both the Requisitions guys, and the marines loading up magazines on the Rasp, and then restock them in the vendors.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Requisitions has an additional supply crate to order, ammunition box crates (Could replace the Magazine crates). An ammo box crate could contain 2-3 M41A Mk2 box rounds (200 rounds each box), 2 M39 Sub-machine gun box rounds (240 rounds each box). A single ammo box could at most, reload/refill/restock up to five magazines or partially empty ones. Two ways, one is that they can use the box on the magazine, and it will take some time to refill it, five seconds or so, or they can take handfuls from the box (5-10 rounds?), and load it faster one by one.
