Make the Officer Armor wearable with the RO Uniform

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make the officer armor located in the locker at the bridge wearable with the Requesition Officer's uniform. It literally states in the name that the RO uniform is a uniform of a officer, so why should the officer Armor not be wearable with it?

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): The RO would for example have decent protection during a boarding of the Sulaco.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): Possibly make the RO have access to the lockers in the bridge (I mean he has access to the bridge, so why not also for the lockers?) and he could quickly take on the officer armor without having to bother with swapping uniforms.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Make it work like the normal officer uniform

YES, +1. I had several problems with this, I can't even wear normal marine armor in the RO's uniform.

Please, for love of God +1. I'm sick of having to get Marine Uniform to put on armor in the event of a hostile boarding.
