Suggestion Title: Brofisting

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): give marines the ability to Brofist

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): it wouldn't be a MAJOR improvement, its just a minor roleplay thing

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): every now and then, after epic victories or battles it would be appropriate to congratulate one another, we cant necessarily go all the way back to the ship so the commander can award us a medal (assuming he would even bother), sometimes however we need more then just words, a proper handshake, a salute, or in our case, the brofist.

i got the idea for this after one particularly lengthy round a few hours ago, this one marine had attempted to murder me over THREE times (as a fellow marine) and he had generally been talking shit about us and the rest of the squad, sabotaging our efforts, he attempted to throw another marine at charging aliens and more.

so eventually he got facehugged, the moment i noticed who specifically was the one who got hugged i commented how we would be better off if we let him die, he proceeded to immediately talk shit about us and the man who was operating on him that very moment, given his behavior up to that point we were plenty pissed at him so we told him to go die in a fire and we agreed to let him burst and kill the alien that bursted out of him.

immediately after i told my comrade to "put your fist here so i can brofist you through the internet" because DAMN if that wasnt poetic justice when it occurred to me that would be fucking sweet if we could do that in the game itself, i knew then i had to suggest it here on the forums

the man we were talking about immediately woke up and attempted to kill our entire squad by unloading on us with an M41a, me and matt only narrowly managed to stab him to death before he killed everyone, unfortunately i was unable to give my comrade the props, he was due and "well done" just didnt quite cut it.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): set intent to help, target either the left or right hand with an empty hand and double click the person in question
