Hits from sniper bullets stun T1-T2 aliens

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): If a sniper spec hits T1 - T2 Xeno, the xeno is immediately stunned from the sheer force of the bullet.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Other than how mach 2 speed would knock anything of such a size over, a stun buff for snipers makes Sniper Specs a useful asset for the Marines.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): From all ranges, when a sniper bullet from any gun of that fits the class (SVD Dragonuv and M42c anti-tank rifle included) hits a tier 1 to 2 xenomorph, the xeno is immediately KO'd as if they were point blanked with buckshot, but the stun lasts for 5 seconds or less, depending on age.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Splice the buckshot stun script into the script for snipers (minor coding; I think)
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. The only way this would work is if you gave a lot longer cooldown for the sniper, otherwise every shot would stun and they'd keep getting knocked down before they could get back up. Right now the sniper is mainly used for picking off wounded xenos, and harassing boilers. That's it mainly.

I think I can live with that.

Stuns are essentially a death sentence to most Xenos, I don't really see this working without being extremely overpowered.

I'm gonna -1 this despite really fuckin' loving marksman spec because, as is, you already do fucktons of damage against T1's with incendiary shots alone. It's high-damage and can hit you from well off your screen, so adding stuns.. nah, dude. You're just asking to get it nerfed back into the ground.

I think the changes to rate of fire make this unnecessary at the moment. We'll see how things work out over longer term. Denied.
