Bug Description: Bug with Body bags, they won't close and a warning "It won't budge" is displayed in the chat panel.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Take a body bag from the morgue.
2. Use the bag next to a fire closet, or O2 Emergency closet. (Nanomed don't seem to affect it)
3. Attempt to close or drag the body bag.
