Crusher stomp change

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
the Crusher stomp is something I believe needs a little revision. as of right now it seems that when the Crusher activates it like does some weird donkey kong running stomp that shakes the ground, frankly its kinda silly. plus with the combat earmuffs in the shooting range negating the queens screech, this makes it BETTER then the queen screech. I think that when the Crusher does its move, it should be stuck on the tile that it activated the move on for the duration, and forced to face the direction it was in when it activated. A little bonus would be that the crusher would instead slam its head on the ground, leaving it open to being shot in the front. This would probably be a bit much so i can see that not being included.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
After playing this game for a while I honestly beleive the aliens need some sort of nerfing. I know, this sounds like salt, but I', trying to be fair.
