Bug Description: Being able to remove your backpack and hold it in your non-existent hand.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Lose one of your hands/arms
2. Using your non-existing arm, remove your backpack
3. Profit
why are we still here... just to suffer...

This can also happen with guns that are held with both hands, guns that aren't, boot knives and likely other things.
