Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Implement sandbags tg style by having marines dig sand or dirt up, and filling empty bags with the stuff. Gives less cover and damage mitigation than flipped tables, but takes longer to destroy. I'd say around inbetween reinforced table and plasteel barricade strength, in the middle.
