*laugh emote noise for marines.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Always good to get more immersion and it's better to hear something happen than to have to imagine it.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): I presume it would follow the same basis as other emotes that make noise.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): I'm not sure if this is a-ok but I've got an audio file of a taunt from Quake here that could be useable - http://vocaroo.com/i/s1INCTz1qQCh - Warning though, it's loud as fuck and I don't know why, so uh, turn your sound down or don't wear headphones. It'd be neat to see a bunch of different ones, like the *scream emote, and in regards to why this was originally made for the male laugh only, I posted this at 2am my time and probably had no idea what I was doing.

I can see this as being really, really fucking annoying. Amplified by 120 pop on the regular that'll be like 10 players doing that every few minutes (or sooner) and 30 or so doing it whenever a joke or wisecrack is made.

And I'd personally like to see multiple different audio files for *laugh, also like *scream.
